Vernon Wong has been closely involved in the Genesis journey in Mississauga since its earliest days, helping shape the brand’s presence from the ground up under the leadership of the late Michael Dukhilall. What began with a single Genesis Experience Manager operating out of one office has grown into a full luxury retail experience, from the Genesis Boutique at Square One to today’s dedicated Genesis Retail Facility. Vernon has played a role at every stage of that evolution. With a background in automotive retail and marketing, Vernon focuses on delivering a refined and transparent customer experience that aligns with the expectations of a modern luxury brand. His approach centers on making the process effortless, elevating every touchpoint, and ensuring each guest interaction reflects the standard Genesis represents. His work has earned industry recognition, including being named to the Top 40 Under 40 by EBlock and CBT News. Outside of work, Vernon enjoys golf, design, and content creation. With over two decades of experience in luxury vehicle sales, Jeff Burke has built a reputation for excellence in customer service and sales management. Since transitioning into leadership in 2003, he has consistently driven outstanding results while prioritizing an exceptional client experience. Passionate about premium automobiles and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, Jeff sets high standards for his team and fosters a culture of professionalism and integrity. Outside of work, he is an avid mountain biker, road cyclist, and alpine skiing enthusiast. Leslye O’Mara began her career in the automotive industry eight years ago as a visual merchandiser, a role that exposed her to the wide range of vehicles available and sparked her passion for the field. She later transitioned into sales, where she discovered her love for connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences. Today, Leslye works in the service department, where she plays a key role in streamlining the delivery process for every vehicle purchased—bridging the gap between the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Trent University. Outside of work, Leslye is a proud mother of two toddlers who are the center of her world, along with her 10-year-old Dalmatian, Ziggy. A self-professed Grey’s Anatomy enthusiast, she’s always ready to hit “play” and start the series all over again.
